A surreal, painterly fine art portrait of a pale young woman with long golden waves, sitting on a black and white checkerboard floor in a voluminous white puff sleeve gown, surrounded by a circle of large blush pink chess pieces, in front of a dim wall of faded classical statues.

Hair: Very long, soft, pale golden blonde hair parted in the center and falling in loose, rippling waves past her chest, with warm honey tones near the ends and a faint porcelain sheen at the crown. A few fine strands curve across her shoulders.

Face and skin: Her face is calm, solemn and doll like, with wide pale grey green eyes, softly defined brows, a small straight nose and a closed mouth in a muted rose red. Her skin is porcelain pale with a cool, slightly pearly tone, natural painterly texture and a delicate flush on the cheeks. Her gaze is direct and unblinking, like a figure in an old portrait.

Outfit: A long white gown in heavy matte satin with a deep V neckline gathered in soft ruching at the center, large puffed sleeves pinched into ruffled bands at the upper arm and elbow, and fitted forearms ending in delicate cream lace fingerless gloves. The full skirt spreads across the floor in soft sculptural folds, with pale grey shadows between the creases. Her hands rest lightly on her lap with the fingers gently spread.

Props: A set of oversized chess pieces in matte blush pink, including rooks, bishops, knights, queens and pawns, arranged in a loose circle around her and rising in height toward the sides. Their rounded, smooth surfaces catch soft highlights and cast gentle shadows on the checkered floor.

Background: A dim, gallery like chamber in warm brown and charcoal, with large faded paintings or carved reliefs of classical figures in muted sepia tones, softly out of focus, and a tall dark column at the right edge. The floor is a glossy black and white checkerboard that stretches back in strong perspective.

Lighting: Soft, cool, even light from above and the front left, like a tall gallery window, giving the gown a smooth sheen, a clean glow on her skin and hair and soft shadows around the chess pieces. The background stays dim and muted.

Color palette: Ivory white, black, blush pink and rose, with pale golden blonde hair and warm sepia browns in the background. Soft, hushed and slightly desaturated, with a painterly, vintage oil painting feel.

Camera and look: A polished surreal painting with fine oil like brushwork, smooth gradients and subtle canvas grain, shot as if on a 50mm lens at f/4 from a slightly high angle, with her face, hands and the nearest chess pieces crisp and the background statues softly blurred.

Composition: Square frame with her centered and seated in the middle third, the checkerboard lines converging toward her, the chess pieces forming a loose arc in the foreground and along both sides, and the statues framing the upper left and right. Her face sits in the upper center as the focal point.

Mood: Quiet, eerie and elegant, like a silent game played in a museum after closing time.
