A high-detail, dramatic fantasy action photograph based on the provided reference photo. A beautiful young woman with glowing green eyes and long, messy, wet dark brown hair running down a rain-slicked city street at night, holding a black umbrella. She is wearing a simple sleeveless white summer dress and high black leather boots. Striking blue lightning bolts surge through her body, revealing a glowing translucent X-ray effect of her skeletal structure glowing in bright blue electricity. Running energetically right beside her is a fluffy grey and white tabby cat, also enveloped in blue lightning with its skeletal structure glowing under an X-ray effect. The background is a dark, atmospheric vintage European city street lined with glowing old lampposts, with a massive lightning bolt striking down in the dark stormy sky.
