Golden Comb Grooms Baby's Hair in Warm Salon Light

Create an ultra-realistic, adorable 3D animated video of a tiny baby standing in an adult’s open palm, wearing a cute green knitted romper. A hand gently combs the baby’s soft brown hair with a tiny golden comb. The baby makes funny facial expressions, blinks, pouts, sticks out its tongue, and finally gives a big, heart-melting smile while raising its tiny hands. Warm salon lighting, realistic skin texture, detailed hair, cinematic close-up, smooth natural movements, shallow depth of field, vertical 9:16, 4K quality. No text or watermark.
