Razor-sharp focus on lips and lace creates an intense grocery store portrait

I am always chasing that perfect balance between hyper-realism and raw emotion. For this shot - I simulated a Hasselblad H6D-100c with a 65mm f/2.8 lens to achieve that razor-sharp critical focus on the lips and lace. The key was the lighting setup. I used a harsh - top-down cool fluorescent source to mimic the sterile grocery atmosphere - then introduced a slicing red laser beam to create a secondary focal point. This creates an incredible chiaroscuro effect that pulls the viewer into the scene. 
To get this exact look - you must focus on dermal fidelity. Use prompts that emphasize micro-pores and subsurface scattering - especially under harsh lights. The goal was to make the skin feel alive - complete with goosebumps from the AC. It is all about the textural friction between the oversized fur and the delicate Chantilly lace.
